AC and DC Power Modules

This project included the design of both a system AC power module and a DC power module, which were integrated into a standard rack mount system used for automation of Semiconductor fab equipment. Both units conform to the semiconductor equipment standard S2-93, and well as our client's internal equipment and safety standards. The units were configured to fit into any of three separate rack designs, and each rack provided control functions to external assemblies located throughout the entire installation.
