The Visual Parts Database, or VPD, is a unique service in which a parts database is created of your company's manufactured product(s) based on photographic images and associated documents. It will provide unsurpassed technical support for your service engineers as well as your customers, and is distributed on either CD-ROM or via the Internet. The VPD will assist the user in identifying replacement parts by offering photographic images of the parts, and then supports the ordering process by using the integrated parts ordering system. Replacement parts can be identified, compiled and sent via fax or e-mail with complete automation, thereby eliminating virtually any chance of error. Using the Visual Parts Database, you will always order the correct parts - everytime.
